MAINTENANCE

Consumptive Parts to be Changed Every 3000 Hours (Once per Half a Year)

Changing board transfer rollers

For the board transfer roller of board holder, carry out the operation holding the nut on the back
side.

Remove the board transfer roller with
a hexagonal wrench.

Set the new board transfer roller.

Setting the board transfer belt

Check the transfer direction of belt.

∗

Put the arrow mark direction printed on the belt
on the transfer direction.

Insert the flat part of belt into the gap
between the roller and guide.

Pull the flat part through the gap of
guide, and insert the belt.

Check the tension of belt.

∗

For checking and adjusting the tension
