Outline of Maintenance

1-1-2

Maintenance Mode

CM120-MU has “Maintenance mode” in the program of the machine. Using this mode makes such
maintenance as cleaning or lubricating more easily.

Entering the maintenance mode

Press Maintenance mode .

Press

UNLOCK

and

START

• Each axis returns to origin, and the “Mainte-

nance menu” screen appears.

“Manual moving”

Each axis and unit move to the maintenance
position.

X-Y unit moves to the feeder bay 1 or 4 de-
pending upon the operation.

The shutter of nozzle stocker opens and
closes.

“Continuous moving”

The axis or unit after applying grease and
lubricating automatically moves, and grease is
spread to whole of stroke.

“Move to origin”

When it is necessary to return the specified
axis or unit to the origin, as in moving from an
operation to the next one, this is used.
