SC COARSE: Subcarrier phase coarse
adjustment

When the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500 camera
is used
This is used to coarsely adjust the phase of the
subcarrier signal in relation to the SDTV genlock
sync signal.
Adjustment range: 0 to 7
 When the AK-HC3800 camera is used
This does not operate and “- - -” is displayed
because the function is not available.
SC FINE: Subcarrier phase fine adjustment

When the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500 camera
is used
This is used to finely adjust the phase of the
subcarrier signal in relation to the SDTV genlock
sync signal.
Adjustment range: –50 to 50
 When the AK-HC3800 camera is used
This does not operate and “- - -” is displayed
because the function is not available.
SDHD_H: SD/HD horizontal phase

When the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500 camera
is used
This is used to adjust the horizontal phase of the
SDTV output and HDTV output.
Ad justment range:
When genlock (SD) signals are input
0 to 1727
When genlock (SD) signals are not input
0 to 1099 (during use in the 1080i format)

When the AK-HC3800 camera is used
This does not operate and “- - -” is displayed
because the function is not available.
SDHD_V: SD/HD vertical phase
This is used to set the vertical phase of the
SDTV output and HDTV output to 90 lines (in
which case the HDTV signals are advanced in
relation to the SDTV signals by 90H), 0 lines
(in which case the HDTV signals are delayed
in relation to the SDTV signals to make both
signals the same phases) or 0 lines (in which
case the SDTV signals are delayed in relation to
the HDTV signals to make both signals the same
phases).
Selection range:

When the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500
camera is used
ADVANCE, 0H, 0H_SD
( This cannot be selected when 50i/25p,
is fixed to 0H when 24p, and is fixed to
0H_SD when 24PsF.)

When the AK-HC3800 camera is used
ADVANCE, 0H, 0H_SD
(Fixed to 0H when 720p)

deflects to the right for a short time, and the
camera side INCOM1 microphone can be set to
OFF.

When the AK-HC3800 camera is used
This does not operate and “- - -” is displayed
because the function is not available.
TALK OFF(INCOM2): INCOM2 TALK OFF switch

When the AK-HC3500A/AK-HC3500 camera
is used
When this is executed, the EXECUTE level bar
deflects to the right for a short time, and the
camera side INCOM2 microphone can be set to
OFF.

When the AK-HC3800 camera is used
This does not operate and “- - -” is displayed
because the function is not available.
MIC1 GAIN: Coarse adjustment of MIC1 gain
This is used for the coarse adjustment of the
MIC1 gain.
Selection range: 20 dB, 40 dB, 60 dB
MIC1 AMP: Fine adjustment of MIC1 gain
This is used for the fine adjustment of the MIC1
gain.
Adjustment range: –20 dB to 20 dB
MIC2 GAIN: Coarse adjustment of MIC2 gain
This is used for the coarse adjustment of the
MIC2 gain.
Selection range: 20 dB, 40 dB, 60 dB
MIC2 AMP: Fine adjustment of MIC2 gain
This is used for the fine adjustment of the MIC2
gain.
Adjustment range: –20 dB to 20 dB
