drive.

The various connection schemes produce different torque/speed
characteristics. They also affect the current rating in the motor.

8-lead motor

The 8-lead motor is the most versatile configuration. It can be
connected by the user in either an 8-lead, 4-lead (series or
parallel) or 6-lead configuration.
