Another error that may occur is as follows: 
 

 

 
Both of these errors relate to faults in the Windows Direct X installation. To rectify this problem obtain a 
copy of Direct X 7.0 or higher and install it.  
 
Another error that may occur is  as follows: 
 

 

 
If you have a green screen it is not due to a hardware fault it is due to software settings.  This fault relates 
the refresh rate on the Video adapter. 
 
To fix the problem you need to get back to the Windows Desktop and change either the monitor or make 
sure that the Hertz is set to 75. (See Above)
