Video and Display Settings
Over 90% of faults that are received are actually video related faults. Below is a guide on how to fix these
common faults.
In Windows Using the right mouse button click on the Desktop
Click “Properties”.
When the “Display Properties” appears, click on the “Screen Saver” tab. Set the “Screen saver” to “None”.
Click “Apply”.
When you click Apply you may be presented with the following dialog box:
Click “Apply the new color settings without restarting” and “Don’t ask this question again” and then click
OK
Once you have set the “Screen saver” to “None” click the “Settings” button.
Set “Power Schemes” to “Always on”.
Set “System Standby” to “Never”.
Set “Turn off monitor” to “Never”.
Set “Turn off hard disks” to “Never”.
Click “Apply”.
