18.2 Diagnosing All Items
This function executes self-diagnosis of all four items and displays the results.
This function is activated by self-check function "CHECK" of the Setup mode (layer code 14-00).
When diagnosis is completed, the results are displayed. If no abnormality is found, "Good" is displayed. If
abnormality is found in any of diagnosis items, error or alarm No. of the corresponding item is displayed.
For the details of error/alarm, refer to "20. ERROR/ALARM STATUS LIST".
