11.3.3 Viewing Exponential Indication

Exponential indication is a notation of effective digit X exponent (10 to the nth power).
For example, to set "123.45", 1.2345 X 10

 is given. Therefore, enter 1.2345E2. (10

 = 100)

Setting  negative  exponent  is  also  available.  For  example,  to  set  "0.012345",  1.2345  X  10

  is  given  in 

exponential indication. Therefore, enter 1.2345-2. (10

 = 0.01)

For the symbol of exponent, "-" and "E" can be switched by "SEL" by focusing the "E" at the second digit from 
the right. ("-" shows negative exponent and "E" shows positive exponent.)
