Interpreting the result:
1.
This result indicates that -27ºC was the sample temperature at which the
sample was not detected at the top of the pipette within 60 seconds. In this
case -27ºC should be reported as the CFPP result.
2.
Same interpretation as the first result. However in this case accompanied by
the “anomalous aspiration” warning. The reported CFPP result should be -29 ºC,
but with the remark of anomalous aspiration on the report.
Anomalous aspiration behavior:
In most cases the “fill” time will increase as the sample temperature decreases.
However, it can occur that specific samples show a different behavior (image
13).
When this occurs, an additional “*anomalous aspiration” mark will appear in the
results and on the report, indicating the particular sample temperatures at
which it occurred in both the table and the graph.
*As the method does not exactly describe the condition limits, different users
use different conditions for what should be considered as Anomalous Aspiration
behavior.
These conditions can be set in System settings 4.3.1.0.
