- start the test with the first aspiration being made at the sample
temperature set in the method (example: “Start at: 10ºC” will command the
instrument to cool the sample down to 10ºC before the first aspiration is
made).

12. Alternatively to the above point 11, the default method setting for “Start
at temperature” can be overridden by Press+Hold the “play” button. Enter
the desired first aspiration temperature, for instance 12 ºC (image 10), press
“done”, and the test will now start.
13. The test can now be monitored in both the “Status screen” and the
“Report screen”. To switch between Status Screen and Report Screen, slide
page left and right (image 11).
