Perfect Pick® Cortex™ Operator Manual

OPEX Corporation

5.2.3. Interrupted zones with missed windows

The light tower will display blue and red. The best way to handle an interrupted
zone with missed windows is first locate any skewed containers in or around
the interrupted zone. Then lift up the container presenting the missed window
for one second, and set it back in the zone. The system will auto-correct and
clear both the missed window and the interrupted zone (Figure 5-7).

Note:

When you have a red “!” symbol, you will need to press the green

Start

button in the middle of the workstation.
