Perfect Pick® Cortex™ Operator Manual

OPEX Corporation

The conveyor view display will call out the stoppage reason and show in which
zone the stoppage is occurring. Figure 5-3 shows an unknown container
stoppage at Zone 1. This occurred because the sensor in zone one became
blocked unexpectedly. To correct this issue, inspect the sensor at Zone 1, and
remove the unwanted blockage. Once the sensor at Zone 1 is cleared, the
system will clear the stoppage and continue running.
