Display the circle centering the cursor position in the left image area. You can also confirm the
object distance by the up/down/left/right points of the cursor position (on the circle).
If you tap the up button of the [ZOOM] button , the circle can be enlarged up to 3 levels and
the measurement position can be changed. To return to the original measurement position, tap
the down button of the [ZOOM] button.

Measurement position of the object distance
Tap the [MEASURE] button. The measurement screen is displayed.
While checking the distance to the measurement area by using the spot ranging
function, approach the measurement area up to the recommended measurement
distance. Generally, the closer the measurement object approaches, the more
accurate the measurement becomes.
TIP
 Starting the measurement
Tap the [MENU] button, [LIVE] button or the [SPOT RANGING] button to display the live screen
or the freeze screen.
Tap the [VIEW] button to display the view screen.
Tap the [THUMBNAIL] button to display the thumbnail screen.

Finishing the spot ranging
Tap the position you want to move the cursor in the left image area. Tapping the up/down/left/
right button (
) moves the cursor position gradually.
Long-tapping the move button moves the cursor position continuously.

