 Troubleshooting

Inspect the instrument as described in “3 Pre-operation preparation and inspection” (page 22). 
If there are any obvious malfunctions, do not use the instrument and contact Olympus for 
repairs. If a slightest irregularity is suspected, do not use the instrument and perform the actions 
described in “8-1  Troubleshooting guide”. If the problem cannot be resolved by taking the 
remedial action described, stop using the instrument and contact Olympus for repair.
