6.1 Scaler measurement function
6.1.1 Scaler measurement
Scaler measurement measures the length of an object using the reference length value that is
preset according to a known length inside the observation image.
NOTE:
Therefore, if the reference length is incorrect, the correct measurement accuracy cannot be
obtained. Note that the measurement is made based on the assumption that the reference object
and the object to be measured are on the same plane vertical to the optical axis.

the screen.
6 Point Reference point or measuring point that has been input
7 Cursor Specifies the reference point or measuring point.
8 Measurement value Displays the measurement result of the input points.
