8. TROUBLESHOOTING 

8.1 Temperature 

8.1.1 Temperature Too High 

Possible explanation 

Recommended action 

1. Offset value too high 

Readjust temperature offset (chapter 5.4) 

2. Convection Channel defect 

Replace convection channel (chapter 7.4) 

3. Room temperature too high 

Verify that room temperature is at least 7 °C below set 

temperature 

4. Electronics fan defect (at back 

of the CERO) 

Call customer support 

5. Temperature sensor defect 

Call customer support

Possible explanation 

Recommended action 

1. Offset value too low 

Readjust temperature offset (chapter 5.4)

Close the CERO covers

Remove nearby sources of RFI, including motors, arcing
