5.9 Follow-up a Running Experiments
1. Go to the Run Menu (figure 21) of the desired tube.
2. The Run Menu summarises the key information on the running experiment including:
- tube position
- protocol name
- status of the culture experiment (see figure 23)
- time elapsed
- optionally pH measures
3. The culture parameters (e.g. T, CO
2
) can be viewed on the graphical panel on the left hand
side of the screen.
4. Click on the graphical panel to enlarge it.
5. The trace provides a record of the experiment messages with the chosen message level.
Message level is set in System Settings (chapter 5.13).

5.10 View the Output of a Previous Experiment
Outputs are created at the end of an experiment or when an experiment is terminated by the
user. To view a previous experiment, proceed as follows:
1. Go to the Outputs Menu (figure 24).
