6.4.6 Start an Existing Experiment with enabled pH-Reader 

6.4.6.1 Mode Color 

1.  In the Main Menu select the tube position where the experiment will be run by clicking on 

the desired tube. 

2.  The Run Menu (figure 38) will appear.

3.  Press the Start Button. 

4.  Select the desired experiment in the list and press Ok. 

5.  In the Start Window (figure 39), you may enter a comment in the field „Remark“, which will 

appear in the name of the Outputs file. 

6.  When necessary, disable the undesired protocols (inoculation, culture or harvesting) by un-
