The tables that follow provide an overall view of the menus and associated functions. You can
consult them as a reminder while operating the machine.

The "Telephone Directory" menu comprises the functions that enable you to programme the
various methods of fast dialling.

The "Data Entry" menu comprises the functions that enable you to set the date and time, header
messages, passwords and secure polling IDs.

The "Operating Configuration" menu, which is divided into two submenus, comprises the
functions that enable you to tailor the facsimile machine to your own operational/managerial
needs.
