TRANSMISSION IN PROGRESS

The facsimile machine is sending a document from the memory. At the end of the operation, it
sends the document inserted in the ADF.

*REDIAL*
number

The facsimile machine is automatically redialling the number dialled. In this situation, the console
is disabled. If the document has been removed from the ADF, the facsimile machine beeps and
aborts transmission.

NO CONNECTION
number

The line is busy or the correspondent's fax is not connected. If the document is sent from the ADF,
press STOP to remove the message and retry transmission.

TRANSMISSION INTERRUPTED
number

Transmission was aborted by the operator.

TRANSMISSION FAILED
number

A communication error has occurred. The transmission transaction was not successful. If the
document is sent from the ADF, press STOP to remove the message and retry transmission.

INCORRECT PAGE COUNT

The number of pages that actually make up the document does not correspond to the number set
using the "PAGINATING" function. If the document is sent from the ADF, press STOP to remove
the message and retry transmission.
