KEYS
Starts a single or multiple copying operation.
Multifunctional key:
- Stops a copying or printing operation.
- When pressed together with the LINE STATUS key, it clears a line
error ("ERROR" LED on). These two keys must not be pressed
when the "TX/RX" LED is on, otherwise the transmission/reception
transaction in progress will be aborted.
- During programming, if pressed once, it aborts the procedure in
progress and displays the current menu function. If pressed a
second time, it exits from the menu.
If pressed together with the LINE STATUS key, it breaks the connection.
Dual-function key:
- Starts a manual transmission or reception transaction.
- Activates the selected menu function, or confirms a data setting on
the display, thus enabling you, in some cases, to skip directly to the
next procedure and, in others, to restore the previous operating
condition.
Enables you to regulate the contrast to obtain high-quality transmis-
sion and copying of very light or dark documents.
LIGHT LED on:
- for very dark documents.
DARK LED on:
- for very light documents.
No LED on: for normal documents.
