select the one-touch dialling key you want to program, for example 06.
Alternatively, you can press the number of the key on the numeric keypad.
If the key has already been programmed, the display shows the facsimile number of the user
associated with it.
If this is the case, choose another key (by pressing

∨∨∨∨∨
) or see the "Clearing Programmed
Data" section.

4. Press START to start programming the parameters for the selected one-touch dialling key.

5. Type the desired facsimile number on the numeric keypad (max. 32 digits), e.g. 0125 45812.
If the display shows a previously set number, you can leave it unchanged or overwrite it with
a new number by typing on the numeric keypad.

6. Press START to confirm the number. The display shows the next parameter (telephone
number).

7. Enter the desired telephone number (max. 32 digits) on the numeric keypad, e.g. 0125 230223
(the telephone number is an optional parameter).
If the display shows a previously set number, you can confirm it or overwrite it with a new
number by typing on the numeric keypad.
