How to interpret the example
TR.NO. Number of the transaction associated with the document
DOC.R. Reference number of document associated with broadcast TX
PAGE NO. Number of pages sent/number of pages forming the document
NUMBER Correspondent's facsimile number
DATE/TIME Date and time of storage
STATE Status of transaction
TX Transmission concluded successfully
WT Waiting to establish a connection or to retransmit
FT
Unsuccessful transmission
AB Transmission aborted by the user
OC Busy line
Displaying the data associated with a memory transmission
You can display the data entered for a previously stored transmission from the memory.
1. Press MEM.STAT.

to display the "MEMORY TRANSMISSIONS" function and press START.
MEMORY TRANSMISSIONS

Select the desired transaction by pressing
∧∧∧∧∧
or
∨∨∨∨∨
(or by typing the reference number directly
on the numeric keypad). At this point, you can:
cancel the transaction (by pressing the CLEAR key and confirming the operation by pressing
1),
or
display the information about the selected transaction using the
<<<<<
or
>>>>>
keys. The information
includes:
DOC.R.:
indicates the reference number associated with the document.
PAGE NO.: indicates the number of pages in the document/pages sent.
NUMBER: indicates the correspondent's facsimile number.
DATE/TIME: indicates the date and time of transmission.
STATUS: indicates the current status of the transaction.
3. To exit from the menu, press STOP twice.
