Displaying the data associated with a memory transmission
You can display the data entered for a previously stored transmission from the memory.
1. Press MEM.STAT.

to display the "MEMORY TRANSMISSIONS" function and press START.
MEMORY TRANSMISSIONS

Select the desired transaction by pressing

∨∨∨∨∨
(or by typing the reference number directly
on the numeric keypad). At this point, you can:
cancel the transaction (by pressing the CLEAR key and confirming the operation by pressing
1),
or
display the information about the selected transaction using the
<<<<<
or
>>>>>
keys. The information
includes:
DOC.R.:
indicates the reference number associated with the document.
PAGE NO.:
indicates the number of pages in the document/pages sent.
NUMBER:
indicates the correspondent's facsimile number.
DATE/TIME: indicates the date and time of transmission.
STATUS:
indicates the current status of the transaction.
3. To exit from the menu, press STOP twice.
