select the program key (1-3) that you want to program, e.g. 2
(alternatively, press the corresponding program key).

If the key has already been programmed, the total number of one-touch dialling keys or speed
dialling codes already associated with the key is displayed in the bottom right-hand corner of
the display.
5. Press START to confirm.

If the key has already been programmed and you want to cancel one of the previous settings,
press

to carry out the "Clearing the single keys or codes" procedure described in the
"Clearing the programmed data" section.
7. Press SPEED DIAL and enter the speed dialling code or one-touch dialling key on the
numeric keypad to be associated with the selected program key (alternatively, lower the
maskl and press the corresponding one-touch key).
Example: press SPEED DIAL and type the speed dialling code 20. The symbol

appearing
on the display indicates that a speed dialling code has been selected as opposed to a one-
touch dialling key.

The display shows, for a few seconds, the correspondent's fax number and name (if
programmed) recorded under the speed dialling code 20. If the symbol

appears beside the
number, this means that the speed dialling code has already been associated with the
selected program key.

If the speed dialling codes or one-touch dialling keys have not been programmed, the display
will show the message "NOT PROGRAMMED".
