Keeping the mobile guide catch pressed between your thumb and
index finger, move it against the left edge of the sheets.
Make sure that paper is not held too tightly or too loosely.

Press on the operator panel to check that the paper is fed correctly
through the machine.
Settings
The PAPER SIZE parameter, accessed by pressing the key on the operator panel, is used to select the A4,
LETTER and LEGAL formats only; the other formats may be selected from the Print Driver Settings card.
Check the printer’s
Settings card:
1.
Open Printer Properties , by following the instructions given in Opening Printer Properties .
2.
Check the values of the parameters set.
If you are printing in colour on A4 paper, the optimum parameter settings are those set by default, so all you have
to do is click on the
Restore Defaults ( Print Quality : Speed/Ink Saving button and the Reverse Order option for
the Copies printed).
3.
Click on the OK button.
4.
Start printing your document.
