Printer Properties
The Settings card of the Printer Properties dialog box is used to:
•
Define the printing quality
•
Adjust the colours and printing intensity
•
Select the paper media and paper size
•
Select the orientation of the printed page
•
Restore the factory settings.
How to Open “Printer Properties”
“Printer Properties” can be opened from inside an application or from Windows.

Opening the application
Nearly all applications enable you to open
Printer Properties
, by carrying out the following procedure:
1. From the
File
menu of the application select
Set Printer
(or
Printer
).
2. In the dialog box that appears, click on the Properties ( Set , Options ) button according to the application.
3. Change the settings as required.

Opening from Windows
Printer properties may be opened directly from Windows. In this case, the changed settings are applied to the printing
processes of all applications (unless they are changed within the application itself).
The opening procedure is as follows:
1. Click
on
Start
and select
Settings,
and then
Printers
.
2. Click the right mouse button on the printer icon.
3. Click
on
Properties
on the shortcut menu.
