DIAGNOSTIC MESSAGES 

Problems 

Cause 

Solution 

Printer does not power on 

Power  supply  voltage  absent  or 
incorrect. 

Check  that  the  power  supply 
specifications and if it is present. 

Power  cord  inserted  badly  or 
damaged. 

Make  sure  the  power  cord  is 
inserted correctly or replace it. 

Fuse blown 

Replace the fuse. 

Faulty power supply unit. 

Replace the power supply unit. 

Arduino card defective. 

Replace the Arduino card. 

The nozzle touches the glass. 

The glass is too near the nozzle. 

Check  the  distance  between  the 
nozzle  and  the  printing  plate 
(working on the nozzle). 

After replacing the printing plate the 
nozzle touches the glass.
