• Cut type
Set the type of mark to be used as a reference when cutting paper. Make settings accord-
ing to the paper to be used.
For paper with the black mark on the printing side: B/M (FRONT)
For paper with the black mark on the non-printing side: B/M (BACK)
For paper with the hole in the center: CENTER HOLE
For paper with the hole not in the center: SIDE HOLE
For paper without mark: LENGTH

Press « ∨ » once to display [CUT TYPE], and then press «OK».

When the setting value flashes, press « ∧ » or « ∨ » to display your
desired value, and then press «OK».

Check that the setting value stops flashing and "*" is displayed to the right
of the value which you just set.

When [LENGTH] is set, go to Step 23.
When any other than [LENGTH] is set, go to Step 20.
• Cut position
This setting sets the cut position for paper with a black mark or hole.
When 0 mm is set, the paper is cut at the center of the black mark or hole.
Allowable values are as follows.
Paper with a black mark: -6.5 mm (-0.25 inch) - Paper length
Paper with a hole: -6.5 mm - 6.5 mm (-0.25 inch - 0.25 inch)

To print on paper with a hole, set it to 0 mm basically. If the paper is not cut at the center of the hole,
change the setting value.

Press « ∨ » twice to display [CUT POSITION SET], and then press «OK».

When the setting value flashes, press « ∧ » or « ∨ » to display your
desired value, and then press «OK».

Check that "*" is displayed to the right of the value which you just set.

Press «ONLINE» until "READY TO PRINT" appears on the display, and then
press «BACK».
