Setting E-mail receiving (Web page)

Set the protocol (POP3, SMTP, etc.) for this machine to receive e-mails.

Open the web page of this machine.

•

For details on how to open it, refer to

"Opening the web page" (Page 225)

Select [Admin Setup].

Select [Network] - [E-mail] - [Alert Settings].

Set [SMTP Send] to [Enable].

Click [Detail Settings].

[SMTP Security Settings] will be displayed on a separate screen.

Set [SMTP Port Number], [SMTP Encryption], etc. as necessary.

Click [OK] to close the [SMTP Security Settings] screen.

Click [Submit].

The new settings will take eﬀect after the network function of the machine has been reset.
