Chapter 5 - Advanced Operations

Printing confidential faxes

Each time your fax machine receives a confidential fax, it automatically
prints a confidential reception report telling you which mailbox number
received the message. To print a confidential fax after your fax machine
has received it, follow the instructions below.

1.

Press the SELECT FUNCTION key.

2.

Press the 2/PRINT OPERATION One touch key. The display will
prompt you to select print personal box.

Note:

If your fax machine is set to Memory Reception Mode and there
are messages in memory, the display prompts you to print
messages in memory. In this case, press the

NO

key first, before

proceeding with Step 3.

3.

Press the YES. The display will prompt you to enter the personal
box number.

4.

Using the numeric keypad, enter the two digit number of the
personal box you want to print from. The display will prompt you to
confirm the personal box number. If this is correct, press YES.

Note:

If no message is stored in that personal box, the display will
confirm that there is no data in the memory.

5.

Using the numeric keypad, enter the 4-digit password for the
personal box you want to print from.

6.

Press the YES key. The message begins printing.

Note:

If you want to clear the personal box without waiting for
printing, press the

STOP

key

immediately

at this point. The

display prompts you to cancel the operation. Press the

YES

key

to clear the personal box.
