Sending delayed faxes to groups and/or multiple
individual locations

1.

Load your document.

2.

Press the SELECT FUNCTION key.

3.

Press the 1/DELAYED TX One Touch key. The display shows
DELAYED, the TX DATE and today’s date.

4.

Press the YES key and go to Step 7 if transmission is to occur later
today. If the transmission is to occur up to three days later, press the
NO key. The display prompts you to enter the delayed transmission
date.

5.

Using the numeric keypad, enter the date on which you wish the
transmission to begin. The display asks you to confirm the delayed
transmission date YES or NO, indicating the date you have entered.

6.

Press the YES key. The display prompts you to enter the delayed
transmission time.

7.

Using the numeric keypad, enter the time on which you wish the
transmission to begin. The display asks you to confirm the delayed
transmission date YES or NO, indicating the time you have entered.

Note:

Enter the time using the 24-hour clock, i.e., 8:00

a.m

. would be

entered as 08:00 and 8:00

p.m

. would be entered as 20:00.

Press the YES key and select your first group or location as follows.
The next group or individual location must be selected within three
seconds.

selection, press the START key.
