7.2.5 Replacing the fuser oil bottle

A29246-X20-X-4-7680 / fa701.fm

253

Open the center door at the back of the printing system.

Open packaging with the new fuser oil bottle. Use a knife to make a cross-cut in the
seal and ready the fuser oil bottle.

Swivel out fuser oil bottle holder with
the empty fuser oil bottle.

Open flap and remove oil suction tube
from the fuser oil bottle. Wipe away
any residual oil from the tube end at
the bottle opening.

Immediately place the end of the oil suction tube into the new fuser oil bottle and
engage flap.

Remove empty fuser oil bottle from the fuser oil bottle holder.

Proceed as follows:
