[21] Locations of the paper jams
Note:
The operator must follow the instructions on the operator panel in the
correct order.
Finisher There are 3 global areas in the finisher that the
operator must check for paper jams.
■
The operator must open the top covers left of the
finisher and below the output trays of the finisher for
paper jams.
■
The operator must open the front door of the finisher
to access the covers marked with the labels D1-2. The
operator must also check the internal error tray.
■
The operator must open the front door and the top
cover to access the paper path covers marked with the
labels E1-3.
Note:
Remove any paper from the upper output tray
when you open the top cover of the finisher.
Upper output
tray The operator must check the upper output tray for paper
jams.
