To display or hide annotations:

You can print any scanned item. If an item contains annotations that
you don’t want to include when it’s printed, remember to turn off the
annotations first.

1.

In Page View,
choose Show
Annotations
from the
Annotations
menu. The
checkmark means
the annotations
will be visible.

2.

To hide
annotations,
choose Show
Annotations
again from the

Annotations

menu.
