In order to view the data stored on the Novak Sentry Data Logger, the recorded data file(s) must first be
downloaded to the PC.
The Novak Sentry Data Logger must be connected via USB to the computer. Refer to the
USB Connection
section for more detail.
INITIATE DATA DOWNLOAD
You can do one of the following to download the data from the Novak Sentry Data Logger device:
Click on the
icon next to
Download Data
when the connection
menu display appears.
On the menu bar, select
Tools>Download Data
.
On the right lower corner of the application display, click on the
arrow next to the
icon. Select
Download Data
.
On the tool bar, click on the
Download
icon.
SAVE DATA
After selecting
Download Data
, the system will determine whether or not there are any files to download. If the
Novak Sentry Data Logger device does not contain any data, a message will appear indicating the device
memory is empty.
Once the system verifies that there is data stored on the
Novak Sentry Data Logger device, a list of the downloadable
files will appear.
Select the file(s) to download by clicking on the file number.
Click on the
Open
button when done.
