6.1: SCU Setup Menu

Navigate through the SCU Configuration menu and 
enter the required settings, using the „

“, „

∨

“, „

<

“, „accept“, „exit“ and „cancel“ softkeys. In some 

sub-menus, selectable options are directly 
assigned to the softkeys.

When all required settings have been entered, 
press the „exit“ softkey repeatedly until the Main 
Service Setup screen is quit.

The system performs a reset (warm start).

Warning

In systems with more than one SCU, all SCUs must be operational and com-
municating on the NAVINET 4000 Steering Control Network to ensure that
the SCUs are configured simultaneously. Otherwise, the installer must re-
peat the configuration procedure each time a new SCU is powered on. The
same configuration settings must be entered at each SCU to ensure consist-
ent preformance and capabilities, regardless of which SCU is in use.
