Read Previous Message

The Read Previous Message feature shows the message last saved or
deleted by a user on the system. This feature can also be used to show
incoming and outgoing messages.

Accessing this feature

To access this feature, press [Commands] on the initial Supervisor
Messaging screen and select the “Read Previous Message” option.
