PF1=Select no command
Removes the Commands pop-up window from the screen.
PF2=Options
Displays a description or list of valid entries for the field.
PF2=Remove options pop-up
Removes the Options pop-up window from the screen.
PF3=Edit field
Allows a field to be edited.
PF3=End editing
Indicates that the editing process is finished.
Remove=Delete record
Removes a personnel file from the system.
Remove=Erase field
Removes the contents of a field.
Fields
Personnel Number
Assigns a unique identifier to each employee in the personnel file. The new
record is placed in sequential order on the screen.
Surname
Provides the employee’s surname.
First name
Provides the employee’s first name.
Initials
Provides the employee’s middle initial(s).
Comment
Provides additional information, such as the employee’s home number,
work number, or competence level.
