AVERAGE AGENT TIME STATISTICS:
ACD Talk
The average time an agent spent on each ACD call.
Not Rdy
The average time an agent spent doing post-call work.
Non ACD In
The average time that an agent spent on incoming DN calls.
Non ACD Out
The average time that an agent spent on outgoing DN calls.
Interpreting the report
Use this report to determine how the performance of the agents and
individual queues are being affected by call traffic arriving from other
nodes on the network.
