Replacing basic chassis components

703t Server Maintenance and Diagnostics

135

Label and disconnect any cables that are attached to the voice
processing boards.

Remove any add-in boards that block your access to the fan
connectors on the motherboard.

Note:

As you remove each board, label it with its slot number so

that you can reinstall the board in the same slot.

Lift the fan out of its slot in the fan holder foam.

Disconnect the fan power cable connector from the server
motherboard.
