6. Maintenance

AUTOMATIC PETRO PYROLYSIS MERCURY ANALYZER – MERCURY/PE-1000

No.600-2111-09

Tube replacement of drainage pump

Pump tubing is recommended to replace the 400 hours in luck or about one year. Please

note that the deterioration of the tube can cause failure of the pump.

(1) Turn off the power supply of the device and disconnect the tube from the pump.

(2) Remove the front cover of the blue pump.

(3) To return to the original state pump.

Please apply the silicon
grease on the tube.
