6.  Maintenance 

  AUTOMATIC PETRO PYROLYSIS MERCURY ANALYZER – MERCURY/PE-1000

(7)  Remove the cover of heaters H1, H2, and H3. 

 

(8)  Remove the H2 and H3 heat insulators. 

 

(9)  Loosen the screws that secure the H1, H2, and H3 thermocouples in place, and remove 

the thermocouples from the heater wires. 

 

(10) Pull the sample heating tube upward, and replace it. 

 

(11) Assemble them in reverse order. 
(12) After assembling, check for leakage in accordance with 6.4.1. 
(13) Readjust the sample injection position of the HT-300A in accordance with 6.4.5.
