  AUTOMATIC PETRO PYROLYSIS MERCURY ANALYZER – MERCURY/PE-1000

 Washing the collection tube and joints 

Wash the removed pipes with the following procedure. 

 

 

 

Add dilute nitric acid (1+10), and wash 
them with an ultrasonic cleaning 
apparatus, or leave them for 
approximately 30 minutes. 

Add a neutral detergent, and wash 
them with an ultrasonic cleaning 
apparatus, or leave them for 
approximately 30 minutes. 

Finally, wash them with distilled 
water and put them in a dryer to 
dry. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Put the collection tube and joints, from which the 
collection agent was removed, in a plastic or glass 
beaker. 

Remove and individually 
wash them.
