5.5. Measurement
Purge
The system blank is reduced before measurement.
Click on the icon, or register the method of “PURGE” into Table and run it.
*Repeat until measured value is stabilized.
Setting samples
*Action of (1) (2) are unnecessary when there is no HT-300A.
(1) Put about 1.5 mL of sample solution into a sample bottle (Vial).
(2) Set the vials to the tray of HT-300A.
*The “Vial Number” is expressed as two digits.
The sample tray is divided into blocks numbered 0 to 9, with each block having
11 positions, i.e. 0 to 9 and P. Any location can be used as the auto sample
changer supports random access.
(3) Check the “Meas” cell, and enter the sample tray number in the “Vial Number” cell.
In “Table” window of “PE1000Win”, make the settings for the samples to be
measured.
*The input of a vial number is
unnecessary when there is no sample
changer.
*Make the settings of standard solution in the "STD" tab and unknown
samples in the "SMP" tab.
