• Do not place any objects on the baby food warmer when it is switched on.

4 Instructions for use
With the baby food warmer, all common baby bottles made of glass or plastic, baby food cont-
ainers as well as other baby food jars can be heated safely, quickly and in an energy-saving way
in the water bath.

The baby food warmer is intended for use in the home and in establishments, such as farm-
houses, bed and breakfast accommodation, staff kitchens in shops, offices and other work
environments as well as for customers in hotels, motels and other establishments.
Direct commercial use is excluded. Likewise is the use in moving vehicles (e.g. railway carriages).
5 Before first use and each subsequent use
Read the safety instructions and instructions for use under points 1 to 4 carefully before first use.
All you need to do before using the product for the first time is to clean the lid (1) and the insert
(2) with a mild cleaning agent. (Please refer to the “Cleaning” (point 11) and “Descaling” (point
12) sections for more cleaning and descaling information.)
Dry all parts thoroughly.
Check that the baby food warmer is not damaged! Choose a firm, flat and dry position.
First place the bottle or jar in the baby food warmer before adding the water.
Make sure that water is added before switching on the baby food warmer.
Do not reposition or move the baby food warmer when it is heating up or filled with hot water.
6 Use // Warming up milk
1. Insert the mains plug into the socket and make sure that the knob is set to OFF.
2. Insert the bottle without a lid and without the screw ring and teat into the baby food warmer.
3. Fill the baby food warmer with water up to the height of the milk in the bottle.
With a lot of milk, the water can be filled up to a maximum of 1 cm below the top edge of the
baby food warmer. The correct water level ensures it heats up properly.
4. Turn the knob to the “Warm up milk” display.
The baby food warmer now starts to warm up the milk.

• Only use the baby food warmer as described in the user guide to avoid potential injuries due
to improper use.
• Do not hang the power cable over the edge of the table or work surface.
• Make sure that the cable does not become a tripping hazard or someone may get caught in it.
• Before starting up the device, check that the voltage specified on the underside of the baby
food warmer corresponds to the local mains voltage.
• Set up the baby food warmer so that it is in a firm and upright position and cannot be tipped
over or pulled off the table by your child.
• Do not expose the baby food warmer to extreme heat or direct sunlight.
• Do not place the baby food warmer on a hot gas or electric hob or in a heated oven.
• Make sure that water is added before switching on the baby food warmer.
• First place the bottle or jar in the baby food warmer before adding the water.
2 Specific instructions
• The baby food warmer can be used by people with limited, physical, sensory or mental capa-
bilities or a lack of experience and knowledge if they have been instructed regarding the safe
use of the baby food warmer and understand the possible hazards, or if they are supervised.
• The baby food warmer must not be used by children. Keep the device and its power cable
out of the reach of children.
• Do not allow children to play with the baby food warmer.
• The temperature in the baby food warmer is very hot during the heating process! Keep your
distance in order to avoid scalding.
• Only use the baby food warmer in the house.
• Do not immerse the cable, plug or baby food warmer in water or other liquids.
• Do not use the baby food warmer with an external timer or a separate telecontrol system
because the baby food warmer must never be left unattended when in use.
• Unplug the baby food warmer when it is not in use or must be cleaned.
3 Warning
• The baby bottles or baby jars must not be tightly sealed during the heating process. This can
generate excess pressure (risk of explosion and material damage).
• The temperature in the baby food warmer is very hot during the heating process! Keep your
distance in order to avoid scalding.
• Remove the bottle or tray from the baby food warmer when the baby food or milk has reached
the required temperature.
• The temperature of the baby food or milk increases if the baby food or milk is left in the baby
food warmer.
• The temperature of the food must be checked before the child is fed.
• Do not reposition or move the baby food warmer when it is heating up or filled with hot water
in order to avoid scalding.
• Do not user the baby food warmer any longer if the plug, cable or the device itself is damaged.
• The cable of this device cannot be replaced. The device must be disposed of if the cable is
damaged.
• Do not touch the baby food warmer, cable or plug with wet hands.
• To unplug, take hold of the cable plug and pull. Please do not pull on the cable itself.
• Do not crush or kink the cable.
• Make sure that the power cable is not close to hot surfaces.
• During operation, no flammable objects must be near the device.
• Do not preheat the baby food warmer or cover it during use.
