8.2.3 Standard pattern calibration
1 . Turn on the power switch of the LT-980.
When initialization is complete, the indica-
tor above illuminates.
2 . Activate Calibration mode.
1 ) While pressing , press .
A short beep sounds.
2 ) Release and .
The indicator above blinks.
3 . Set the standard pattern (41476-M002) to
the pattern setting unit (40601-7000).
1 ) Pushing the end of the pattern set-
ting unit (40601-7000) in the direc-
tion of the arrow aligns the pins of
the unit to the hole positions of the
standard pattern (41476-M002).
2 ) Insert the two pins into the holes
and release the end of the pattern
setting unit to lock the standard pat-
tern (41476-M002).
Use the standard pattern (41476-M002) included in the
standard accessories
(see 9.8 [p77]) .
Caution
Set the standard pattern
(41476-M002) so that
“A” indicated on the pat-
tern is positioned as
shown to the right.
Confirm that the stan-
dard pattern is not set
askew.
