8.2.2 Standard frame calibration

1 . Turn on the power switch of the LT-980.

When initialization is complete, the indica-

tor above

illuminates.

2 . Activate Calibration mode.

1 ) While pressing

, press

A short beep sounds.

2 ) Release

and .

The indicator above

blinks.

3 . Set the standard frame (40601-7500) to

the tracer.

4 . Press .

Calibration starts.

When calibration is complete, a short
beep sounds and the indicator above

illuminates.

The standard frame is released.

Use the standard frame (40601-7500) included in the
standard accessories

(see 9.8 [p77])

Caution

With the side on which the cir-
cumference is indicated facing
up, set the standard frame
(40601-7500) so that the rim
clips of the upper and lower
sliders are inserted into the
groove of the frame.
