6.1) MEMORISING THE PARAMETERS:
The manual parameter programming phases end when what has been selected is memorised. You will find that the
“Memorising procedure”
will be referred to several times in the following chapters: in these cases it is necessary to proceed
as follows:
1)
Press the blue coloured “<<>>” key for at least 2 seconds.
☞
The OK LED will now flash quickly
2 )
Take your finger off the “<<>>” key
The OK LED will continue flashing quickly for another 3 seconds and while it is flashing ....
3)
Press the two small yellow keys simultaneously and only for an instant
☞
☞
The OK LED will stay on for 2 seconds to confirm correct memorising
At this point the parameter selected has been permanently memorised.
6.2) AUTOMATIC SEARCH FOR THE DISTANCES:
This is extremely easy. In fact, the search for the closing distance “0” and opening distance “1” is done automatically.
Top start the search:
1)
Set the Dip Switches as follows:
2)
Press the CLOSE key
☞
Immediately after having pressed the CLOSE key a series of manoeuvres will be carried out to define the gates’ travel limits.
With these distances and a mathematical operation we can calculate required opening point “A” just a few centimetres from
maximum opening and the gates’ out-of-synchronisation distance “S” about 50 cm from distance “0”.
