Telephone Setup Services (POTS)

You can use the Netopia ISDN Router to carr y Plain Old Telephone
Ser vice (POTS) connections over the ISDN line. This chapter
describes how to configure the Netopia ISDN Router for Telephone
Ser vices.
Telephone Ser vices include the following:
■ Telephone Connections to configure the Netopia ISDN Router
for inbound and outbound telephone calls.
■
Priority Ringing to attach distinctive rings to specific caller IDs.
To go to the Telephone Setup screen, select Telephone Setup from
the Advanced Configuration screen.
Telephone Setup
Telephone Connection...
Priority Ringing...
Return/Enter to configure telephone connections.
From here you will configure telephone information.
