Set the gateway, dns, and wins for the IP address pool :

sets the secondary IP address of gateway or

Step3:

Setting lease time for the IP address pool:
The lease time specifies how long a DHCP IP address lives before it
needs to be renewed. If the host renews the address before it expires,
the SIA2410R provides the same address.
